Have two players stand on the hologram of the orb cannon that's parallel to the stadium, morph simultaneously. In the main room of Sidehopper, the one with the grapple point, next to the second floor, you'll see a big circular (one of those things that blew up in MP1). Next to that you'll see a ramp. Ghetto Jump off that onto the second floor.
