Main Items Required: Space Jump
Description: From atop the scan post, space jump up into the corner formed by the two nearest rails. Hold forward stick (and L-lock) to float up to the top of the elevator shaft. (It's a long way to the top, rubber band the stick and L button, and grab a bite.) At the top you will float up to the skywalk, and be able to move around.
