Description: Screw attack from a ghetto jump to get to the upper alcove. Line up on the blue beam then jump. Jump forward with the second jump (try to hit the ceiling with your head) then initiate screw attack just under the lower ceiling edge. Screw attack up into the hole (and hopefully into the secret world.
