Alternate Method
This secret world can also be entered from the Training Chamber end. It requires the use of the Screw Attack Underwater Glitch (twice, normal and vertical). The easiest way is to use a canceled screw attack as in Transit Tunnel South SW. It should also be possible to use the method used for the other Transit Tunnel secret world entrances. (Screw attack through the door.) In this case only the normal version of the SAU glitch need be performed.
