If you do save, your game file will be ruined as there is no known way to progress should this bug occur. This bug will not occur under normal conditions if you do not exit the room once you begin destroying the emmiters.

If you save after destroying some of the emitters, the only way to progress will be by performing a kip dash across Watch Station Access.
