Get another player to do the same.

Get power bombs.

Then..

In the room where you can grapple beam there is a curved platform for the second level. There are two morph ball entrances to the (im assuming) spiderball enigen.Instead of going there just hide in the entrance but holding R. If 1 of the opponents come near you can blast them with power bomb which ever direction they go they still get bombed unless your solo. If your in a 2v2 macth then both of you should use power bomb for a range of damage.

If they figure out where you are and since your holding R you can easly move to the engines and be safe.
