Note: This is an alternate method.
Main Items Required: Space Jump (Floaty Jump glitch is required.)
Description: Use Floaty Jump to get onto the fence near the door to Plaza Access. From here you can jump up to the skywalk.
Note: This method will also work in Dark Forgotten Bridge.
