Necessary?
Is this template really necessary? There are a lot of other ways to denote that a file type is documented; for example, by tagging a Category on the article, or by creating a parameter in the infoboxes I'm assuming we'll eventually use that indicates whether the file type is fully documented or not. Having a notice template on every single page seems kind of unnecessary to me, which the proliferation of this template would eventually cause. Any thoughts?
