Main Items Required: Screw Attack
Description: Use a canceled screw attack to land on one of the drones. (See the video for timing, aim, and which drone.) Ride it through the cycle, then turn and screw attack toward the door to Vault. Cancel the SA to land on the small solid section of roof near the door. (Don't expect to get into this SW on your first try.)

Though less useful, you can also space jump off the drone (missing the terminal fall detection) to land in the secret world.
