Main Items Required: Screw Attack
Description: Near the middle of the morphball tunnel, unmorph (see the video for the exact spot). There is a short slope near where you unmorph, position yourself at the bottom of it as in the video. Turn and aim at the point shown, then move right to center on the tunnel opening. Back up a hair and initiate a screw attack (it will be fizzled due to the constraint). Continue to tap the B button to get a screw attack bounce into the pinch-point formed by the tunnel walls. Pull back on the stick after the bounce takes place.
If you end up in the wall (slow-down evident if you turn), aim down and L-lock. Ease your way right and after you feel a slight hook in the wall, back, into a notch. You should have moved at least a short distance out, away from the room. Jump away from the room in the direction shown to get completely free. (If you can't jump with stick held back, try neutral stick to jump then back.)

Note: There is an off chance you will end up in the notch after the screw attack bounce. You will be noticeably father away from the edge, and only able to move right a short distance. (There may be a little bump at the right corner.) Just jump away from the room.
You may also end up not in the wall or the game may force a morph, in which case, step 1.
