First Form

In order to easily avoid the missiles AU shoots at you once it lands, simply continue boosting around the outside of the arena for a few seconds.
If you have good timing, shooting a Hyper Missile in front of a DS Clone in morph ball mode will most likely kill it in one shot.
Second Form

If you screw attack the head, it will stun AU 313 in one hit.
While AU 313 is spinning on the ground, a screw attack will damage it and stop it from spinning.
