Unmorph at the morph ball tunnel intersection, holding down to avoid falling. Shoot the tunnel door open. Jump towards the door, and after floating for a few seconds, you will pop up there. Now use a series of Missile Pushes to force Samus through the tunnel to the back end of the room.
