Notes:

• Use this somewhat consistent strategy to skip waiting for the SA-X. This requires you to have at least three energy tanks to be able to take the ice beam and super missile hits.
• It is essentially random what the SA-X does. If it fires diagonally right after the super missile (as in the video), it will fire an ice beam at you. Jump over it as shown in the video. If you get frozen a second time, you have a very small window where you are dethawed before the second super missile is fired, so you can jump over that. If it stands there without doing anything, then keep running left and it'll start running, which by then you will have escaped easily.
