Ghetto jump on the war wasp hive hanging on the side of the half-pipe, then space jump to the top. The hive can be landed on regardless of whether you destroy it.
It's also possible to 3bj-bs jump on one of the pillars, and easily space jump to the hive from there.
Notes:
- In the PAL (European) version of the game, the hive is placed too high to reach with a ghetto jump. Use the bs jump method instead.
