There's a pair of rocks on the right side of this room, just before the ingclaw. Between the rocks is a spot that can be used to ghetto jump to the portal. It's possible to get up from other places, but harder.

You can also single bomb bs jump to the portal. It's easier, but you'll take a lot more damage from the ingclaw mist.

Notes:

• Ingclaws emit a purple mist that does a lot of damage without the dark suit. It extends just a bit past the spot where you ghetto/bs jump, so you don't get much time to get up. The mist lacks vertical range though, and once you reach the ledge it won't affect you.
