Notes:

Walk to the ledge as you enter Central Dynamo for the first time and aim the Charge Beam down. Wait until you see the Invisible Security Drone pass in front of you on your radar and then release the shot. It should seek to the Drone and hit it, even if you aren't perfectly lined up. Then finish off the Drone with another Charged Ice Beam Shot.
