Notes:

Suck in a bombu with your charge beam, and then jump on top of it when it is below one of the holes in the roof. Continue to hold the charge beam shot until you are pushed up out of the map. The easiest place to do this is probably against the ice window that contains the energy tank, as shown in the video.
