Notes:

Stand on a twig across from Metroid Prime's first form's shell to avoid needing to jump over the second form's shockwave attacks.
Standing next to this wall will also prevent Metroid Prime from changing emission spectra without laying a Phazon Pool, disastrous in a Speed Run.
