Early Missile Expansion: Frigate Crash Site

Notes:

Ghetto Jump up the root and then use your Space Jump to land on top of it. Make sure to jump off of the very end of the root or you won't make it to the Expansion.
Even without Space Jump, you can still get the Expansion. Use either an extreme Ghetto Jump off a root behind your feet or a Scan Dash Jump from the Landing Site side of the room. Both methods are shown below.
For the Scan Dash, you must "bend" or adjust the angle of the Dash Jump mid-flight in order to land in the Missile Expansion crevice. Luckily, none of the Dash's speed is lost while the game is "frozen" on the Scan Point, so you can use this time to think about and apply the correct angle to the Analog Stick before you release the L button.
