Notes:

Suck in a bombu with your charge beam, and then jump on top of it when it is below the hole in the roof. Continue to hold the charge beam shot until you are pushed up out of the map. You may find it easier to start from a spot that is higher than the floor, in which case you can use the broken pillar in the corner. It is probably a good idea to kill all the bombus except one first.
You can of course only do this when there are bombus in the room and not baby sheegoths as appear later in the game.
