Roll into the hole created by the crashed tower through which the artifact is reached. Unmorph and look up. Your exit point is the notch between the crashed tower and the fence. This point may be reached using a wall HBJ unmorph (as shown in the upper left video). Alternatively, a ghetto jump off a piece of debris or a bank of snow in a corner will also do the trick (as shown in the upper right video).
