Mount the bend in the fence near the door to quarantine cave and space jump into the mouth of the bird to the right of the door. The bird needs to be approached from directly in front to avoid slipping off, so use the first jump accordingly. Once in the mouth, edge backwards to give yourself room to jump, and now space jump right and then left to on top of the bird. From here, simply jump over the scenery to your right to defeat the level designers.
